Updated English rulebook. Contains mostly clarifications at various points throughout the rules and an updated FAQ at the end.

• p4: Added clarification for Automated Companies.
• p12: Added explanation of what IMF stands for.
• p13: Added clarification regarding scoring when all players are in favor.
• p13: Added clarification regarding the refill of the bag in case it runs out of Voting cubes.
• p14: Added clarification regarding the adjustment of the Population track.
