The Time Warp (2016)

A drafting game about sharing things up.

Cult Film Postcard Game: The Time Warp, inspired by the cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show. It was designed by Dead of Winter’s Jonathan Gilmour and Curtis E. Clark.

Postcard released in the July 2016 Board Game of the Month Club $5+ package.

GOAL
Make the best 5 card poker hand out of your six cards after 3 rounds.

SETUP
Shuffle the deck and deal 3 cards to each player. Place the remaining deck in the center within reach of all players.

GAMEPLAY
Perform the following steps in order (each step consist in a specific way of drafting, drawing or playing cards):

• It's just a jump to the left
• Then a step to the riiiiiiight
• With your hands to your hips
• You bring your knees in tiiiiight
• But it's the pelvic trust
• That really drives you insaaaane
• Let's do the Time Warp again

GAME END
After three rounds, players will reveal their hands, comparing to see who has made the best 5 card poker hand.
They have Time Warped the best.
